directorial debuts?

haha.
i'm such a dreamer.

idea number one:
a subway,
kind of turns cartoonish,
kind of trippy
various band members seem to be following.
do you know what i'm seeing?

idea number two:
inside a television set,
product placement
almost every second of the video
but possibly extremely cheap.

i have yet to come up with a good song that would go well with this video...

One band almost did rescue me.

It was pretty fucking incredible.

Who's afraid of the big, bad Warped?

Things that need to get done before Warped Tour:

-Get cameras/cell phones/what ever ready.

-Finish TAI... sketches.

-Decorate drumsticks for The Butcher.

-Decorate bag or t-shirt for self.

-Buy things for bands.

What to buy for bands:

-Buy stuff off of Gabe's shopping list, including chummus.

-Buy Vitamin Water for All Time Low.

-Buy flowers and chocolates for Jack Barakat.

Last Night.

Last night, me and my friend went to see Teddy Geiger in concert.  I really enjoyed it.  A lot of the time he was hidden behind his piano, but the music was always good.  He's a really talented musicians.

And a lot of really talented musicians have tortured souls.

So my friend and I decided to wait to see if we could meet him.  There was this huge line, so we decided to wait on the side until the line was gone.  As we're watching him, we notice things.  Like the way he was always tapping his fingers impatiently.  The way he was tapping his feet.  The way every time he would "smile" it wasn't.  He looked miserable.  He looked like he didn't want to be there.

I managed giving some guy to give him one of my hand made guitar picks.  If he ever decides to do anything with it, that's fine.  If he doesn't that's also fine.

He's got such a pretty face and the sadness really takes away from it.

I seriously wish there was something I could do to make him feel better.  But the best thing we figured we could do, was just give him some space.

It really upset me to see him like that.

Pictures from the actual music part will be up on my Flickr soon.  But not from the meet-and-greet-ish thing.  I was too heartbroken to take any pictures at that time.

I'd like it even better if I could get it to work.

Definitely go see this movie.  It is hysterical.  Plus, it's got Teddy Geiger.

I've seen it twice.  They have a whole bunch of free viewings across the country, so keep your eyes peeled.  :D

I actually met Rainn Wilson at this viewing and got to ask him a question.  He complemented my sweater.  I was shaking so much because I was nervous.  I don't think it was him that I was nervous of, either.  I think it was the fact that everyone was looking at me as I asked the question.  By the way(in case it wasn't already obvious), this guy is hilarious.
